ADHD Advocate | CEO
Franchisor | Teacher
Author | Mentor | Speaker

Let me introduce myself...

I’m Rachel Fay, former primary teacher turned entrepreneur… who is navigating parenthood, business and neurodivergent life. I'm the CEO of Little Learners UK & Little Messy Learners Australia.
I founded my business on maternity leave as I wanted a more flexible career. Since then, I’ve grown a network of over 30 franchisees internationally, launched two branded venues, become an author and licensed my early writing programme, The Mark Makers, mentored businesses and won multiple awards.

At 31, I was diagnosed with severe combined type ADHD. Learning about ADHD and neurodiversity has inspired me to speak out more, spread awareness, encourage open conversation, develop coping strategies and promote authenticity.
The response to sharing my journey has been unexpected, but so rewarding. It's ignited my passion to inspire others to thrive by embracing their quirks and using them to their advantage. So I've created a space for just this: mentorship, courses, public speaking, support, resources and more...

Take that step and look below now at how I could help YOU.

ADHD Awareness & Support

Since my diagnosis I’ve been on a steep ADHD learning curve and I'm passionate about spreading awareness. I’m very mindful of the under-diagnosis and misdiagnosis of women and girls and I use my Instagram and Tiktok to spread awareness, share my experiences, educate and support others.
I have discovered and collated so many amazing resources for ADHDers: support networks, advice, products and so much more that I want to share with you all! It’s intended as an ever-growing and evolving resource, so make sure you join our mailing list below to be first to hear about new additions.

I started ADHD Uncut on Instagram in order to have raw, honest, warm (and often very funny!) conversations with other ADHDers LIVE. They have proved super-valuable so please do go give them a watch and let me know what you think!
I will soon launch ADHD Uncut as a podcast too and with that in mind I’m looking for people with ADHD (diagnosed and undiagnosed) to participate.  If you'd like to take part, please fill out the form below - I can’t wait to talk to you!
